Important Updates About Wildwood Casino

We’re excited to see you all! Welcome back!

Dear Wildwood Customer,

It’s official! Wildwood is scheduled to reopen at 10:00am on Monday, June 15th. We can’t wait to see you again!

We know you’ve got questions about what to expect when you return, so we wanted to give you a preview:

  • Slots – While we will be socially distancing at our slot machines, you will have the ability to play any game in the casino!
  • Table Games – Currently, the approval to reopen does not include live table games but we do still offer the most exciting electronic Roulette in the market.
  • Hotel – Gold King Mountain Inn is already open, and we’ve made some improvements like adding a new Game Room.
  • Food – Joe’s will be open from 6:00am – midnight, Sunday-Thursday; and 24 hours Friday-Saturday, and we’ve remodeled to give you more room and updated our menu with lots of exciting new options.

Since we saw you last, we’ve added numerous health and safety protocols to protect our guests and our team members. While there are more than 20 new health and safety protocols, we wanted to highlight what sets us apart from other casinos that are just doing masks and sanitizer (yes we do that):

  • Clean Team – We have a dedicated clean team that will come and clean your slot machine. All you have to do is press the green light on your machine. Remember Green = Clean!
  • Ultraviolet Cleaning Systems – we’ve added the most state-of-the-art cleaning technology – Ultraviolet! Our UV wands, broom and elevator cleaners kill up to 99% of germs.
  • Zoned Cleaning – unlike other casinos that are only cleaning each night, we will be closing sections of the casino throughout the day for continual cleaning.

There are some protocols mandated by the health department which every casino must follow:

  • Masks – everyone entering ANY casino must have a mask and must wear it when entering the casino. You are free to bring your own mask, and if you don’t have one, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
  • Social Distancing – 6-foot social distancing must be maintained in all lines, and at least one empty seat between active slot machines.
  • Temperature Checks – all team members and guests entering ANY casino are required to get their temperature taken. Anyone with a temperature above 100 degrees or with active symptoms of the illness will not be allowed to enter.

To accommodate the distribution of masks and temperature checks we’ve made some changes to our entrances procedures. The North Doors (by Joe’s) will not be open. Surface parking will be available via the West Lot which is now divided into two lots – Lots A & B. Lot A will be reserved for VIP parking.

From your friends at Wildwood,

Thank you!
